Cruise to Nassau and Visit to Orlando

December 1-3, 2016 (Carnival Valor)
4-6 December, 2016 (Rosen Inn Pointe Orlando and Best Western)

On the return to Orlando, they checked into their hotel and then went over to Gatorland to enjoy that throwback type theme park with its Gator feeding and Gator Wrestling. They took a train ride in the park and watched gators jumping up in the water to seize chicken meat on a rope. That evening attended a Magic Theater Dinner Show that was interesting. The food was pizza and salad and drinks but that worked. The next day they went to the Gaylord Palms Hotel where they viewed the ICE attraction, when 40 Chinese ice carvers using tons of ice created the "It's a Charlie Brown Christmas" theme. Afterwards it was hot cocoa to warm up from the 9° F that kept the ice structures from melting. Then they happened upon a very nice and free show there featuring acrobats and humor. That night they ate at Buffalo Wing House, an interesting and good experience. Tuesday they travelled to the Magic Kingdom and toured Disney’s Boardwalk area until it was time to go over to Disney Springs where they ate at the Blues Brothers Café (good eating) and then attended the La Nouba show at Cirque du Soleil. A wonderful show. On Wednesday it was back to the Tampa Airport and the end of a very nice six days.
