Bill and Elaine's homes in Severna Park and River Hills
Shortly after Bill retired from the Army, Elaine and Bill moved to Maryland and found a great home in a community called Fairwinds on the Severn.
When Bill's memory loss became almost too difficult for Elaine to handle, they moved to Florida to be in a home just ten minutes away from Jay and Bonnie in a community called River Hills
