Bill and Elaine in River Hills
Valtico, FloridaWhen Bill's worsening memory loss got to the point where Elaine was not sure she was capable of handling the situation, they moved to Florida to be closer to Jay and Bonnie. They purchased a very nice home in River Hills, not 10 minutes from Jay and Bonnie.
