Bonnie and I celebrated our anniversary this year with a Carnival cruise aboard the Valor out of Miami. Anne and the kids had the cabin decorated with Happy Anniversary banners and treated us to a sparkling cider and chocolate-dipped strawberries send off. We were also treated to a special steakhouse dinner and also to an anniversary cake served up in the dining room. In Key West we toured Peppers, an establishment known for its hot sauces. We sampled the wares and bought some. We also toured the Mel Fisher Museum, which was very interesting. I don't think it was the highlight of our stop, but Bonnie did chase the chickens that roam free in the town. At Grand Cayman we took a tour that went out to a sandbar about five miles off the coast, to a place called Stingray City. Very interesting. Kiss a stingray and get seven years good luck? And we also did some snorkeling plus we had a nice walk along Seven Mile Beach. In Jamaica it was Dunn's River Falls, River Tubing, and a city tour. Also great!!
