Jay's travels were by plane each way from the Tampa and Atlanta airports with Robert being good enough to get him to and from Robert's home in LaGrange. Jay traveled beginning on Thursday, October 19, and all was well, with Jay and Robert getting back to LaGrange in time for Robert to coach Luke in the team's last match of the season.

Dinner was wings - a favorite - followed by the family gathering in the living room for Friday Night at the Movies.

Over the next few days there was Everett's Cross Country meet in Carrollton, Georgia, where he finished fifth in his age class of about 60 boys, church at SpringRoad Christian, hitting whiffle balls pitched by Robert, inspecting Charlie's deer blind and deer lick, and four-square and corn hole at a nice LaGrange eatery with specialty beers and food service.

Jay's return home was delayed 24 hours by a family bout of norovirus but he returned uneventfully to Tampa with many good memories.
