Robert and Jay Get High at iFLY

Robert and Jay got high - with indoor  sky diving at iFLY Tampa.
Jay had a $100 gift card from Joyce that he had held many years, looking for a chance for when he and Robert could share the experience.
There was a small hiccup to begin with, when there were issues with the gift card, but they were resolved. So we filled out waivers, got briefed, secured our valuables and loose items, got suited up, and readied ourselves for some fun. Here's what is said about iFLY and the iFLY experience:
| iFLY in Brandon, near Tampa, Florida, is an indoor skydiving facility that gives people the chance to experience the thrill of freefall without ever jumping out of an airplane. The centerpiece of the facility is a vertical wind tunnel that creates a powerful upward airflow strong enough to support the weight of a person, simulating the sensation of skydiving. Participants, suited up in flight gear and guided by trained instructors, step into the tunnel and begin to float, learning to control their body movements as they "fly." Sessions often include a short training period followed by several turns in the tunnel, allowing both beginners and repeat flyers to enjoy the experience safely.

When the instructor's feet are on the floor, I am flying but the instructor is controlling the flight
When the instructor's feet are off the floor, we both are flying and I am - mostly - in control.
Unfortunately, I do not have photos of Robert "flying" but I promised that I'd fix that next time we fly.
