Jack-O-Lantern Lane

Lafayette, Alabama
September 27, 2014

On Saturday, we traveled south for about 45 minutes to Jack-O-Lantern Lane, an all-day adventure started by Glen and Tammy Morgan a few years back that originally started as just a small pumpkin patch. The Morgan’s take a great deal of pride in their patch and their hard work is evident when you set foot on the grounds.

There was a hayride, a pumpkin patch, slides for the children, a place to use mechanical corn shuckers, a place to watch the shucked corn being ground into cornmeal, a bounce house area for young children, a child's train ride, and a pony ride.

Natalie packed a great lunch with drinks, and there were also snacks and beverages that we could purchase while we were there.

We all had a grat tiome, especially Benjamin and Everett..
