| In the last 18 months Jay and Joyce became engaged, gotten married, honeymooned, sold both their individual homes with the requisite downsizing and trips to Goodwill, rented a home and moved into it, bought a new home (a bit smaller so more downsizing), and moved from the rental home into the new home. Whew.
Their “new” home is in a nice neighborhood in Valrico, Florida, that features midsize homes in a well-established community that dates back to 2002, and with construction was completed around 2004. The community has an HOA that looks after its homeowners and provides additional security measures for homeowners that cannot be discussed here, and – consequently – the community has a good safety and security record with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
