After reviewing the document, I made a suggestion and got feedback from the pastor, and later, received from him some supporting information regarding the church's mission, strategy, values, and indicators. It was a five page document, well written, and something many churches would probably like to see.

But I had some difficulty in seeing how these four elements were related to each other, so I suggested that his five page document should have a three-quarter page preamble added that would describe this linkage. And I included a suggested introduction of about 750 words. The reply I got back said my work was awesome. I replied with a humble thanks
