As I sit here, reflecting on Conner's journey, I'm overflowing with pride and joy, and, let's be real, a little bit of shock that he actually made it through college without too much damage. From a young age, our family had big dreams for him, like attending Florida State University, because we're a family of die-hard Noles fans and alumni - it's a legacy thing.

But life had other plans, and Conner's interest in becoming a Seminole led me to gift him a traditional Indian outfit for his birthday, which he rocked, by the way.

As he navigated college, Conner made the super smart decision to attend the University of Central Florida, because, let's face it, who needs to be too far from home, especially during a pandemic? I'm beyond thrilled with his choice, and I'm not just saying that because I'm his MIMI.

Throughout college, Conner showed some serious resilience and adaptability, crushing online classes and dorm life like a boss. As he grew, he found his groove in an apartment complex near campus, where he thrived with his roommates, and I'm pretty sure they're still alive, so that's a win.

Today, December 12, 2025, marks a huge milestone - Conner's graduation with a BSBA in Accounting from UCF, and I'm not crying, you're crying. Watching him walk across that stage, diploma in hand, was a truly emotional experience, and by emotional, I mean I ugly-cried.

I'm beaming with pride, knowing that Conner's future is ridiculously bright, and his accomplishments will continue to inspire our family for generations to come. I love you, Conner, and I'm honored to be your MIMI - you've earned every ounce of this success, and I have no doubt you'll continue to soar and make a lasting impact, or at the very least, make me proud.
