Alvarez made her presence known in Bloomingdale's 11-0 victory
Alvarez and Bloomingdale will face off against Land O' Lakes at 6:30PM on Friday. Thanks in part to Alvarez's efforts, Bloomingdale will roll in undefeated. Will Alvarez and the rest of the team keep the streak alive? |
up a notch to give Bloomingdale the "W." Alvarez turned in nothing short of a gem: she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk).
Footnote: What happened on the Friday-Saturday Tournament?
What happened was the the Bloomingdale Bulls Softball Team won the tournament, finishing with a great, last-inning comeback in the final game.
